Mushroom Position!
Has anyone noticed how the new arrangement puts the mushies right under the plants? Pretty cool, that. No more scrambling to scroll, and no watering the whole garden without realizing that there's a game...
Re: Mushroom Position!
This is great!
I'm using my laptop mouse and since it's pretty sensitive it sometimes happened that I clicked it by accident while scrolling down to choose a mushroom. Usually I ended up to someone else's fairy profile and the mushroom game was forever gone... I did learn to move the cursor down so that I didn't cross any links but of course it's much easier this way! Re: Mushroom Position!
The mushroom game is in a better position, though there is still the row of mushroom icons where the game used to be, which surely should be tidied away. Not sure about hiding the list of harvested plants. I quite like to see what people have grown without needing to click on something.
Now if Mike could do something about the scrolling needed when performing alchemy! The list of ingredients is not completely visible on the screen so to get the wand, you have to scroll down. This can be tiresome.

I think the game being in the garden (snails or mushrooms) is denoted by the lower section and then to play the actual mushroom game it opens at the top but I definitely see your point as I thought the same thing when I first noticed
Re: Mushroom Position!
i'm thinking this was a quick-fix and will be tidied away as you suggested, for now i'm very happy with the fact that i can put my VDU back into it's normal landscape position, though i can't fix the broken leg:(Nightrose wrote:The mushroom game is in a better position, though there is still the row of mushroom icons where the game used to be, which surely should be tidied away...

Re: Mushroom Position!
I know! And since my scroller always gets clogged up by people's junk (don't ask) it sometimes can't scroll... so I have to actually click and drag, click and drag...

I added a regular mouse to my laptop because I was having all kinds of accidents like those too (sensitive laptop mouse).

I know what you mean... sometimes there's a setting that when you hover the laptop mouse over the link, it will automatically click it without you doing anything. My dad had that in his laptop years ago. Wicked annoying.
Re: Mushroom Position!
I can't blame my settings for my little "mouse accidents", the problem is me... I do have a normal mouse I could attach to my laptop but I'm trying to learn not to use it. It's one thing less to pack when I'm going somewhere and need to take the laptop with me.
Re: Mushroom Position!
I am loving the new location, but i still sometimes don't spot the game when on my H20 mission, i must be blind at times
Re: Mushroom Position!
One of my friends thinks it's a set up... that Mike changed the positions of the MM AND made it harder at the same time. Thoughts?
I think it's a bit weird since I've had the same luck as ever.

Re: Mushroom Position!
Me too. I don't think it's any harder. Sometimes I don't get any diamonds but that's just my bad guessing.
