Gold Dusting Empty Gold Dusting

Post  Mercon Fri Feb 27, 2009 6:59 pm

Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I can't find it here. I have been gradually building up a supply of gold dust for when I need to change my flower colours. My question is.. if I were to 'spend' a bit too much of my fairy gold (I can't seem to resist watering other's plants and I'm working hard on avoiding those bleedin' magical mushrooms!) would I be able to dust myself with the gold, thereby increasing my balance again?

i've just checked it out and there's a way to sprinkle yourself directly^_^
add your profile id number to the end of this:
https://apps.facebook.com/fbfairy/dustback.php?dustid=9&uid=
and copy it into the tool bar browser url address thing and that pretty much sorts it...

Nifty! Thanks for the info Marmaduke. Smile
I've never had need to do this, but it's something I've wondered about.

Hee hee, I'm finally at the time where I've gotten a bit carried away! (I'm just grateful that my Bellis didn't require sprinkling to change the colour!)
Worked beautifully!!!! Very Happy

Heh heh...no! But I'll tell you something I keep almost doing, and am going to sooner or later, and that's clicking on the thing to csh your feeding table in, for diamonds, before it's empty, because it's so close to the thing for simply closing the little window. Am I making sense?

so much sense, i had that troubled when trying to kill a plant off a while ago, with people going to close the window but clicking the wrong option, it's always going to be a possibility, though i do envisage a time when the plant window will be a "roll-over" window thing^_^

Now that is a very good idea. What is Platino-Strontium, btw?

What do you mean by a "roll-over'' window thing?

err, ok, that's one of my snails christian names (he's not a christian), his/it's full name is Platino-Strontium Cyanide.
it's a compound that i saw close-up a while ago, i think it's very pretty. it reminds me of fields of grass waving in the breeze, i wanted to reproduce some at art college, but was informed that they wouldn't let me, it is quite deadly:(
pretty though...
i've just tried to source a picture for you but i've been at a loss to find oneGold Dusting Qi

by that i mean that the window would automatically close itself when the cursor is moved away from the window, err, so when you hover over the plant pot, for example, the window would appear and stay there whilst hovering over it, err, i'm not being very good at explanations:(

I only just read this reply because I went to bed shortly after asking the question, which was quite rude now I come to think of it. Good explanation here too, thank you. I know it's one of your snails' Christian names though (although I hadn't realised he had a surname too....do they all have surnames??) he's my favourite one and often wins for me. In fact, going to try him now...
