Anxious to Harvest
My red Carmena Aviflora has been 2 weeks old for a good number of hours now, and is still not bearing fruit.
I could have sworn that one of my other plants bore fruit after 1 week + 5 or 6 days, and it was also a '2 weeker'. Though I may have been mistaken. Heh, heh!
Do you currently have a plant in your garden that is close to harvesting, which is driving you nuts?!

Hooray! It happened!
Now the next plant to harvest should be my birthday plant - how exciting!

Waiting for my solaris igniflorus to fruit, I have something planned for my valentine:-)
Has anyone planned anything special at any time, other than aiming for the next level?

Yeah for sure! I have herbs at varying ages growing at the moment, but once a "pair" of plants fruits I want to harvest them and plant Loveflowers. So the idea will be to have them paired at the same age surrounding my bonsai - even if the pairs are different ages to each other. Seems to be quite a common technique around Fairyland and it looks great, but this will be the first time I've tried it.

Once my Luna fruits I'm going to replace it with a love flower. My cumulus will also fruit at the same time, and I'm planning to replace that with a love flower as well... and then I'm going to rearrange my garden a bit so I will have 5 valentine flowers in the center:
Rosa Loveflower Loveflower Loveflower Rosa
It somehow worked out with all the pots too.
Black Bauble - pot i can't remember - White Bauble- PICR - Black Bauble
With random plants on the side of course... I want to plant more bellis as I know they're going to be used in some future level. I just love the Bellis, anyhow.
Re: Anxious to Harvest
Now I'm waiting for my first Bonsai to fruit.
I diamond dusted it a few times (which I can no longer do, as it is now fully grown), but I can't remember exactly when it becamefully grown. So it's going to be a surprise when it fruits!

Re: Anxious to Harvest
I'm waiting for Bellis Lycaena so I can feed the animals and I have more than a week left... I didn't have this wonderful resource when I started and I'm paying now. I have learned not to water every 15 minutes though! I'm really enjoying the things I can learn here!
Re: Anxious to Harvest
I'm waiting for two fructuses to fruit. I think it should be some time today. As soon as they do, I'm harvesting my entire garden...all seven plants will be in fruit then, dumping one old bucket and buying a feeding table, and planting six bird flowers for my next level.
HURRY UP THE FRUCTUSES!
Impatient? Moi??

Please send the power of thought to my fructuses...
...and make them fruit!! I won't put a feeding table in until I can harvest everything all at once. Two to go....aaaaaaaaargh
Re: Anxious to Harvest
I remember when I discovered Fairyland and planted my first garden. Everything seem to grow so fast back then and every flower and fruit was a lovely surprise! I was wondering why that was while waiting to move up to level 6 and realised that I only logged on once a day back then and never paid attention to the time I planted. Heh heh, now I am constantly clicking on the plants to see how much longer they've got, not a very productive use of my time but hard to resist!
I'm waiting for my Luna Serenas to flower and fruit so that I can go up another level (and maybe attract a squirrel or even a badger to my garden on the way). I guess I should have diamond-dusted them but thinking of planting another couple when my Rainbow Butterflies are harvested and so should hopefully have a very attractive garden for the little critters!
By the way nicolle, I am beaming fruiting thoughts to your fructuses, let's hope they arrive early! My Lycaenas have been flowering and fruiting ahead of ETA recently.

Re: Anxious to Harvest
Thank you very much for the thoughts, Mercon. Think HARDER!!!! I still have two flowers there this morning. Cannot believe it. The first two, which I planted two days ahead of these, fruited almost exactly as one week four days turned. That timescale passed for these two yesterday evening and they haven't changed yet. Hey ho. I know the time is variable, and I think fruiting is 10-12 days for these, from planting. I shall be into day 12 later today. I want my feeding table, and my Carmena Avifloras! I'm not getting many visitors to my garden now, whereas I was barely watering anything myself previously. I shall have to build up a whole new circle of visitors now, because I'll be known as the only fairy without a feeding table!! Oh grrrrrrr.

Yay for strawberries!!! How fabulous that your symmetry was retained! I wonder what the odds are of that happening?
Actually, no I don't, math was never my strongest subject, I'm quite happy to just accept that your garden is just how you wanted it!

Going totally off topic here, but how do you save a full picture of your garden? I'm rather computer-illiterate and have only figured out how to save a picture of one flower at a time!
Re: Anxious to Harvest
Well I am pretty dumb too, but I'd heard about screenshots, so I experimented a bit. On this computer, under 'accessories', I have something called a snipping tool. This enables you to make a frame around whatever you want to save, and kind of does the rest for you. You then have to save it...mine saved as a jpeg. Then I put it on Photobucket so that it got itself a url, then it was possible to post it here. I've told you more than you asked, sorry!
I was astonished that it worked

Re: Anxious to Harvest
Thanks nicolle, you didn't tell me too much at all, I could actually follow what you said (I was a wee bit worried the reply would be in a different 'language')! Off to try now
Re: Anxious to Harvest
Heh heh. We'd better get Marmaduke to do it in Stokoe Notation. It's the only language for me now
Someone just left a message on my wall to say they'd been told to visit my garden because it looked good...all there is now is tiny new shoots!
