New Forum Suggestion Empty New Forum Suggestion

I'd like to suggest we create a 'Questions' forum at the bottom of the first page as a catch all. Any/all questions can get posted there? Moved later if the moderators feel they fit elsewhere but I get the sense when I log in, people are unsure where to post so perhaps are deciding not to?
