Kind Fairylanders!
Hey guys. So I'm giving up facebook til Easter for Lent (ahh!). So I was wondering over the next week if you all could keep a watch on my fairy garden until it automatically timestops? Thanks kindly in advance! (I'll probably still be around the forum though, crazily enough)

What does that mean, Emily, "until it automatically timestops"?
I tried to quote just a bit of your post instead of the whole thing, but I have no idea how to do that. I am also giving up a number of things for Lent, so if you could all have a glass of wine or two every day for me, while you are tending Emily's garden, that would be excellent. And some chocolate.
Re: Kind Fairylanders!
that's not a problem from this angle, when i'm awake i'll be sure to be trying to be doing the gardening a bit^_^Emily&Dreamer wrote:Hey guys...

If you don't visit for a week, your garden freezes until you return.
Re: Kind Fairylanders!
Aha! That explains why, when I have searched for gardens by number, I come across so many with dead plants, which are also frozen. I simply could not work out why anyone would freeze an already dead garden. I had no idea about the week thing. Thanks for the info.

It's a period of 40 days in the Christian church calendar. It's celebrated before Easter, usually by giving something you like up for 40 days (and spending more time focused on the Lord).
