My fairy picture - is it mine or FB's?

Was wondering something...

Your photos become more or less Facebook's property once you add them to your profile, right?

Does anyone know if this applies to our fairy pictures? They don't need to be posted on our profile first, does that make any difference? I'd like to know before I go through the trouble of learning how to use GIMP, change my fairy picture to my liking and then give FB all rights to it...

i thought that our fairy pictures went onto Mikes servers, so err, maybe he owns them now^_^

Well I much rather give my fairy pics to him than FB. Perhaps I'll ask him, he should at least know if he's got the rights or not...
