When can I start advertising this forum?

I love this forum already but I would like to see more people / fairies here... It says on the home page that we're still under construction and it made me wonder if I should wait a bit before I start inviting people. Is there something that still needs to be done before I can start advertising on garden walls?

i think that's just to let people be aware that that is why it's so bleak here right now, i'm sure that the construction will be built on the suggestions and posts of visitors, and after-all,, it is bound to always be under construction, so that may be a little misleading in the respect that some finality will be attained here :/
advertise away, i'm just sorry to say i'm not very good at that sort of thing^_^
